At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your textile order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided the fabric has not been cut, washed, or altered.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return authorization request specifying the items and yardage you wish to send back.
Package Your Fabric
Carefully fold and secure the fabric in its original packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in pristine, resaleable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned material, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
